Better Dental Hygiene in 2008

This is what it looks like with five loaded toothbrushes ready to go! Luckily, their toothpaste is a different color because it would really be a shame to unintentionally share a brush with someone who licks their own private parts. Since we decided we would floss more in '08, we figured we'd get out the fur-children's brushes more often as well. Their teeth can actually rot and fall out just like humans, though not always a convenient or fun thing to do...it's better for their health in the long run. Brinkley will actually stand up at the sink to try and lick the toothpaste off the brushes!

You're such a good puppy parent!!! How did you train them? I haven't been able to brush Rondo's teeth yet, but sometimes he does let me scrape the plaque off of his canines. It's a little harder to get to the back ones, but they're worrying me!!!

There was actually a story on the Today show the other day about brushing your animal's teeth....Glad it's a fun thing to do at your house....I decided to forgo trying to brush my cat's teeth....catfights would definitely be going on over here...It's hard enough getting their flea medicane on them once a month....can't imagine brushing and flossing every day....Lee

SO funny! I was actually just complaining about my own shtupid ash dog's breath and thinking--well, if it's that bad shouldn't you just brush his teeth? Do you guys take appointments or walk-ins? :)
